LoadLedger has separate plans depending on whether you're a contractor running jobs or a sub hauler submitting tickets.
Sub hauler — always free
If you're a trucking sub, your account is free. No trial, no credit card, no expiration. You sign up, link to your contractor, and start submitting tickets. Sub hauler accounts include:
- Unlimited ticket submission
- Driver PIN management
- Real-time load tracking
- Ticket history and reporting
Contractor plans
Contractor accounts run the web dashboard and manage jobs, drivers, and approvals. There are three tiers:
Starter — $29/mo
Built for smaller operations. Includes:
- Up to 5 team members
- Up to 15 driver PINs
- Up to 500 tickets per month
- 60-day report history
- Ticket approval, job and pit management, sub hauler linking
Pro — $79/mo
For operations that need more headroom and full reporting. Includes everything in Starter, plus:
- Up to 20 team members
- Up to 50 driver PINs
- Unlimited tickets
- Full report history (any date range)
- CSV ticket export
- Audit log
Enterprise — $199/mo
For large-scale operations with no limits. Includes everything in Pro, plus:
- Unlimited team members and driver PINs
- Priority support
All plans are also available at a discounted annual rate — Starter at $24/mo, Pro at $65/mo, and Enterprise at $165/mo when billed yearly.
How billing works
You're billed on the date you start your plan. If you cancel before the next billing date, you keep access until the period ends — there's no prorated refund.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Every contractor plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
