A free haul ticket app for the trucks doing the work.
If you haul for excavation and site-work contractors, LoadLedger is free. Your drivers log each load in the driver app with a photo of the scale ticket, and your company keeps a record of every load you hauled and who it was for.
No trial, no credit card, no expiration.
What a free sub hauler account includes
Contractors pay for LoadLedger. Trucking subs don't, now or after a trial.
- Unlimited ticket submission
- Driver PINs you create and manage yourself
- Real-time load tracking
- Ticket history and reporting
- Links to every contractor you haul for
- Your company profile, as contractors see it
From sign-up to first load
- 1
Create your company
Sign up and choose trucking sub during setup. It takes a few minutes.
- 2
Link your contractor
Accept the contractor's invite, or link to them with their contractor code. Haul for more than one? Link them all.
- 3
Make driver PINs
Create a PIN for your fleet (or one per crew). Drivers sign in to the driver app with the PIN and their name.
- 4
Haul and log
Jobs the contractor assigns you show up in the app. Drivers log each load as it happens.
Easy for drivers, useful for the office
No email, no password
Drivers sign in with a PIN and their name. Your dashboard shows who is signed in right now, and you can sign a phone out or deactivate a PIN.
A couple of minutes per load
Pick the job, snap the ticket, confirm the material and quantity, submit. GPS and time are added automatically.
Proof for every load
The photo of the scale ticket is stored with the ticket, so a disputed load comes with its own evidence.
Several contractors, one app
Your drivers see the jobs from every contractor you're linked to, and each ticket goes to the right one.
See what's approved
Follow your tickets from Pending to Approved, or Flagged with the contractor's note, instead of waiting to hear about it.
Totals for your own billing
Reports by contractor, job and date range show what you hauled, so your invoice matches the tickets.
Need the contractor side as well?
If you also run jobs and hire other trucks, a contractor plan adds approvals, cost codes and job reporting. See LoadLedger for contractors and the pricing page.
