The haul ticket app drivers actually use.

LoadLedger turns every dump truck load into a digital haul ticket. The driver snaps the pit's scale ticket, the phone adds GPS and the time, and the ticket shows up in the office before the truck is back on the road.

14-day free trial for contractors. Sub hauler accounts are always free.

Everything on the paper ticket, plus proof it was there

A LoadLedger ticket holds the same details as a paper haul ticket, attached to the job it belongs to, with the original scale ticket photo kept alongside.

  • Job: drivers pick from the jobs you assign them
  • Material: base rock, fill, millings, topsoil, whatever you set up
  • Quantity: tons, yards or loads
  • Pit or source: where the load came from
  • Pit ticket number: from the printed scale ticket, when there is one
  • Photo: the scale ticket or the load, stored with the ticket
  • GPS location and time: captured automatically on submit
  • Driver and company: so you know which truck and which sub hauled it

E-ticketing for dump trucks in four steps

  1. 1

    Set up the job

Add the job, the pits you load from and the materials you haul. Drivers pick from these lists, so tickets come in clean.

  2. 2

    Hand drivers a PIN

Drivers sign in to the driver app with their trucking company's PIN and their name. No email address, no password.

  3. 3

Log the load at the pit

Pick the job, snap the scale ticket, confirm the quantity, submit. It takes a couple of minutes per load.

  4. 4

Approve in the office or the field

Tickets arrive as Pending. Review the photo and GPS, then approve, flag or fix them from the dashboard or the field app.

Made for drivers, not office staff

PIN sign-in

The trucking company creates the PINs, sees every phone signed in, and can sign one out or deactivate a PIN from the dashboard. The app stays signed in between shifts.

Photo of the scale ticket

The printed ticket from the pit is photographed and kept with the digital ticket, so the original is one click away.

AI reads the ticket

LoadLedger reads the printed fields off the ticket photo. You tell it how your pits lay out their tickets and whether to use net or gross weight.

GPS without typing

Location and time are recorded when the driver submits. Nobody has to remember where they loaded.

Works without signal

No bars at the pit? The ticket is saved on the phone and uploads on its own once the truck has signal again.

One ticket per load

Each load is logged as it happens instead of in a pile at the end of the day, so nothing gets left in the cab.

One app for the contractor and the trucking sub

Contractors run jobs, approve tickets and report on loads (LoadLedger for contractors). Trucking companies and owner-operators log their loads and keep their own ticket history for free (LoadLedger for trucking companies). Wondering what changes when you stop handing in paper?
